Bethesda Workshops Scholarship Fund

Insurance does not cover the cost of a workshop, so workshop participants are self-pay clients.  The scholarship fund provides direct financial assistance for qualified participants who otherwise could not afford the workshop fee.  One-hundred percent of contributions to the scholarship fund are used directly for scholarship; Bethesda Workshops covers the administrative costs.

General Donation

As a ministry, one key objective is to make affordable help available for those who need it.  Fees from workshop participants provide the main income for Bethesda Workshops, but it’s impossible for participant fees to cover all ministry expenses.  Bethesda Workshops depends on the generosity of supporters to cover the gap.

Please consider supporting Bethesda Workshops through a financial donation.  As a non-profit 501(c)(3), all gifts to the ministry are tax-deductible. They can be designated for use in one of two ways or provided as a general donation:

• Scholarship donation – 100% goes to qualified applicants
• Capital campaign – to pay off our mortgage & create reserve fund for repairs and improvements
• General donation – including  for the 2-year initiative to fund future growth

Additional Financial Information

In the world of clinical treatment, the cost of a Bethesda Workshop is low, yet it is still beyond the ability of some to pay. The majority of those who attend a workshop take advantage of Bethesda Workshops’ no-interest payment plan.

The ministry participates each year in a complete financial audit by an independent accounting firm.
