Ted Baldick received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology. He is a senior clinical psychologist at Christian Psychological Center in Memphis, Tennessee, where he specializes in recovery issues associated with addictive diseases, men’s issues, and adult survivors of childhood trauma. Tonia Long, Ph. D.
Small Group Therapist
Dr. Tonia Long received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from University of Memphis, where her research focused on predictors of recovery from childhood sexual abuse. Dr. Long sees adults in individual therapy and group therapy, and specializes in: recovery from childhood and domestic abuse; posttraumatic stress including victims of crime and traumatic loss; spouses of sex addicts; codependency; mood disorders; and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). Nicole is Bethesda’s Director of Workshop Operations, which means she’s the interface between clients and workshop staff. She manages Bethesda’s daily operations, talks with potential registrants and referring professionals, and oversees the administrative staff. Read more. →

Rebecca Agee
Administrative Assistant - Workshops
Rebecca Agee is the administrative assistant handling workshop registrations, paperwork, arrangements and other details. Rebecca is in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 am-3:00 pm CST. Rebecca has a management degree from East Carolina University. She and her husband Steve have been married since 1999 and are blessed with three boys

Emily Husbands
Administrative Assistant - Financial
Emily Husbands is the administrative assistant who handles all Bethesda’s bookkeeping. She’s responsible for receiving all workshop payments, processing payment plans, and handling the ministry’s bills. Emily is in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am-3:00 pm CST and is also a part-time student at Columbia State Community College. Emily and her husband Chase have been married since 2007 and have a preschool age daughter.
